Noyan has 21 years experience across List and Insert Management and Broking, Subscription Marketing and publishing.  Previously at Chartsearch/Highbury Direct Media.

Nigel Smart – Director
One of the founding directors, Nigel has 17 years experience primarily on List Management.  Previously at Columbus/Highbury Direct Media.

Jennifer Strachan - Account Manager
With over 6 years of DM Industry experience, Jennifer joins us from MediaVest, with extensive Media & Planning/Buying experience across a diverse range of clients and industry sectors.

Fern Musal - Account Manager
With two years experience on the agency side, Fern is a welcome addition to our Media Planning/Buying team.

Nicola Carter – Office Manager
Nicky has been with Evolution since the beginning, having previously worked with the founding directors at Columbus/Highbury Direct Media.

Amelia Neocleous – Account Executive
Amelia joined Evolution in March 2008 with over three years experience of direct marketing.

Majella Brooks
Majella joined us in July 2008, after relocating to London.   Majella brings excellent accounting knowledge and over 15 years experience in the accounts industry.

Martin Whiskin – Database Manager
Martin is our resident IT professional, with an abundance of IT knowledge and over 5 years experience in the Direct Marketing Industry.

Julia Dettshujeva – Account Executive
Julia has a MA in International Business Management, and brings with her extensive experience in Marketing and Brand Management. Julia also has the benefit of experience of the Scandinavia and Russian markets, as well as the UK.

Shelli Morgan – Sales Support
Shelli joined us in April 2011 as Sales Support. She brings with her 8 years experience in Property Sales, Marketing and Advertising in the UK and Dubai.
